Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages If a package is lost or stolen by the postal service, I will file a claim with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
Once a package has left my hands, I no longer have control over:
  • Delivery delays
  • Carrier handling
  • Lost or misdelivered packages I cannot locate packages marked as lost, nor can I speed up delivery once shipped. While rush shipping is available, it does not guarantee carrier delivery timelines. To protect your purchase, Route Insurance is highly encouraged at checkout.
